Hi Anne Brigitte, I am sorry to hear that! :( We never had that issue with any of our candles. Indeed we hear the opposite that they are rather strong.
It takes up to 2 hours for the first time to the candle to develop the scent. Afterwards it will release fragrance immediately. Might be that you lit it just for a short time?
In any case, if you would like, I can send you a postal label to return the candles and I can refund you fully. If we had indeed sent you candles that had issues, that's the minimum! please let us know at hello@thecurated.ch. thanks, the curated's team
