When you use the online shop, you are responsible for the secure storage of your account details (username and password) and for restricting access to your computer used for the online shop.
Orders can only be placed electronically through our online shop.

The Curated GmbH excludes unconditionally any liability for losses or damages of any kind - be it direct, indirect or consequential damages - that may arise from the use of or access to the website or from links to third-party websites. The Curated GmbH does not guarantee that individual parts of its website will function without errors. Terms of Sale
Your order represents an offer to us to conclude a purchase agreement between you and The Curated GmbH. As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. A purchase agreement between you and The Curated GmbH is in effect as soon as we have handed over the products you ordered for shipment to you and have sent you a shipping confirmation by email.
You can cancel your order free of charge by email to hello@thecurated.ch until you receive the shipping confirmation. In this case, the full purchase value (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded to you.
Until full payment of the ordered goods, the products remain the property of The Curated GmbH.
Prices
The stated prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) without VAT and excluding shipping costs.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Delivery, Shipping Costs and Import Costs
The ordered products are delivered from Switzerland with Swiss Post and only within Switzerland, free of charge. The ordered products will be dispatched within 3 working days after receipt of your order unless other delivery conditions are noted for the product.
Seasonal delays due to high order volumes may unfortunately occur; in any case, we endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and to inform you of its current status.
Every order can be tracked with the tracking code provided.
Delivery times are generally between 1 and 3 working days.
The Curated GmbH excludes unconditionally any liability for lost packages. For lost or undelivered packages - which have been delivered via tracking code - please contact Swiss Post.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped after payment of the renewed delivery costs. The Curated GmbH does not check delivery addresses and assumes no responsibility for their correctness.
Payment Methods and Discounts
You can choose from the following payment options, regardless of the amount of your order:
- Credit card (AMEX, VISA and Master Card)
- Paypal
- Apple Pay
- Twint
Discounts or discount vouchers (e.g., a voucher with a discount code) can only be redeemed under the respective advertised promotional conditions. Discounts cannot be combined. The purchase price will be debited to you via your chosen payment method as soon as possible.
Return Policy
The delivered products must be checked by the customer immediately upon receipt for completeness and defects. Incorrect deliveries, shortfalls, and defects (excluding transport damage) must be reported by email to hello@thecurated.ch within 8 days of delivery. If a timely complaint is not made within 8 days, the delivered products are deemed approved and all warranty claims are excluded.
Defective goods can be returned to us. After return, we will replace them as quickly as possible or refund the full amount.
Customers can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery and return the order (gift sets, vouchers, and reduced items are excluded from this right) at their own expense. For returns contact us at hello@thecurated.ch for the return address.
The value of the goods will be refunded to the customer after receipt of the return. Each product must arrive unused, unopened and undamaged. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
Data Protection and Security
We collect personal and anonymous data:
- for order processing during your visit to our website
- when using the protected area 'My Account'
- when subscribing/unsubscribing from our newsletter and back-in-stock notification
- for any type of contact (email, chat, etc.)
Our privacy policy details how, what, and why we collect your data during the above-mentioned processes. It also explains how we process it and that data protection from third parties is fully guaranteed.
Miscellaneous
Rights and obligations arising from this agreement are subject to Swiss substantive law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, the registered office of The Curated GmbH.
